Right of return

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. For returns, we require that the defective or functional goods are returned in unused condition (in original packaging) and with a written complaint to the following address: YUWANET GmbH, Obere Holzgasse 9, 5212 Hausen, Switzerland. The shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Upon receipt of the goods, a replacement delivery will be organized free of charge or any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer. However, a deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or an invoice for possible damage or excessive wear and tear of the goods remains reserved. YUWANET GmbH may refuse to issue a credit note until it has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. No new warranty periods shall come into force as a result of the exchange of goods.
